RAKU-TOOL® - cost savings with the new infusion system

Resin infusion new with RAKU-TOOL EL-2203 / EH-2970

A mold without any gelcoat can be produced with RAKU-TOOL EL-2203 / EH-2970 resulting in a high surface finish. Another advantage is that the system can be cured at room temperature and then be post cured to its working temperature up to max. 120°C without any supporting structure.

• no degassing under vacuum
• good wetting properties
• flows very well good cure at room temperature temperature resistant up to 120°C

New Polyurethane Close Contour Paste for the marine industry

The new polyurethane Close Contour Paste CP-6090 is especially suited for the
production of large master models in the marine industry.

advantages:

• very fine and homogeneous surface
• easy to machine, little dust
• easy to process
• quick application
• low exotherm, can be machined after 12h room temperature cure
• can be applied in thick layers without slump on vertical surfaces
• low density supporting structure possible (PU/EPS)
• little waste in comparison to board material
